My order is not complete or damaged, what to do?
If something is wrong with the order you received, please contact our customer service. We advise you what to do and help to solve the problem! Contact us by email or Whatsapp.
I would like to return the product, is that possible?
You can return the masks if you have not used it. The masks should be without any scratches and adjustments. The whole package should be complete. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of shipment. Send us an email to arrange a pickup of the masks. Contact email@example.com
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow us 3 business days to process your refund. Customers paying on the spot will immediately get back the money once we have made an appointment to pick up the mask.
