How does delivery/shipping work?
- Fill in the address
- Fill in your hotel/apartment plus room # if applicable.
- During the checkout you are able to choose a delivery time slot.
- Be aware we only delivery in Willemstad area. (see next question)
- Be sure to be at your apartment or hotel room for delivery. We could also leave your order at the front desk of the hotel you are staying if you pay online by PayPal.
What is your delivery area?
At the moment we only delivery in Curacao. Our delivery area is restricted to Willemstad including the area between Jan Thiel and BlueBay. Area examples: Jan Thiel, Mambo, Pietermaai, Punda, Otrabanda, Piscadera and BlueBay.
What if I am not at in the hotel or in my apartment during our delivery appointment?
If there is a front desk and you paid with PayPal, we will leave your package over there. If not, we will contact you for a second delivery appointment. However, we need to charge an additional payment for shipping.
I do not want to pay shipping costs. What can I do?
We understand. If you order for more than USD 70,- you will enjoy free shipping. That's just 2 snorkel masks!
Can I change the shipping address?
You can if we are still able to process your changes. Send us a WhatsApp message as soon as possible +5999 698 1233
Can I track the status of my order?
No unfortunately you cannot. However, you have chosen a time frame for delivery which we stick to.
